Terms & Conditions
1. All items on OOPS, KOOKY! are only available for preorder only, instocks are not available otherwise stated.
2. All items will take at 14-16 business days to arrive, please only order if you can wait.
3. All items sold are strictly non refundable and non exchangeable.
4. Colour may differ from actual product due to different monitor settings.
5. We will not be held liable if the measurements are inaccurate as measurements are provided from our supplier.
Please allow up to +/-3cm of difference.
6. Discount codes are not stackable.
7. Please do not lift any materials from this site, please credit accordingly if you are reselling.
8. No cancellation will be allowed for paid orders.
9. In any case of defected items, please contact us immediately. Item has to be mailed back to us within 3 working days.
Delivery / Shipment
Local Postage Rates:
Meet ups @ Kovan MRT: Free of charge
Normal mail (Clothes / Accessories): $1 per item
Normal mail (Bags / Shoes / Bulky items): $3 per item
Certificate of postage (C.O.P): Add $0.20 on top of the total normal postage fees
Registered mail: Add $2.24 on top of the total normal postage fees
1. Items will be mailed every Saturday.
2. We will not be held liable for lost parcels via normal postage, please kindly opt for registered postage to track your parcel.
3. Meet ups are available at Kovan MRT only. Meet up timings will be released through email updates.
4. Delivery rates are fixed and strictly non negotiable.
International Delivery:
Yes we do worldwide delivery!
1. Postage quotes will be given upon the confirmation of your orders.
2. All postage fee quotations will be based from http://www.singpost.com
Payment
1. We will send a payment invoice to you within 24 hours upon receiving your order form.
2. All payments must be completed within 24 hours. Do inform us asap if you need extra time allowance.
3. Orders with incomplete payment will not be accepted.
4. We only accept payment through I-banking / ATM transfer as of now.
5. All ATM payments must be accompanied with a snapshot of the receipt.
6. Interbank transfers are allowed. However, it'll take 2-3 days for payment to be verified.
